Expesite reaches out in new purchase - Business First of Columbus:

Columbus-based , which creates projecgt management softwarefor restaurants, retail, real estate and financial companies, said it acquirecd Report Hawk for an undisclosed sum. Report Hawk, founded in 2005, specializes in onlined project managementfor contractors, subcontractors and constructiohn vendors. With the acquisition, Expesite expects to gain additionakl clients in the constructio n and real estate markets and addnearlyy $2 million in annual revenue. The company declinexd to specify 2008 revenue but said it totalecd lessthan $7 million. Report Hawk, whicgh will operate as a subsidiary, said it is lookinv to expand its reachas well.
“Together with we now have the abilityh to offer a rangew of solutions that is as wide as it is deep whether it’s helping a small contractor deliver weekly statuds reports on a single projec or enabling a multibillion-dollar globa retailer to manage all of its real estate and construction programs from end to end,” Report Hawk Presidenft Brian Gunnoe said in a release. Expesite, which employxs 33 workers, said that Report Hawk’s severalp employees will be moved to its offices on NorthbFifth Street. Expesite, founded in 1999, was ranked last year as one of the50 fastest-growinhg private companies in the region, according to Columbusz Business First research.
The company also has made the rankssof Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for two consecutivw years.
