Officials with the Pittsburgh-based grocer unveiler the Market District planes Monday night at an Uppert Arlington CityCouncil meeting, where members also heard the secondd reading of a proposed developmentr agreement between the city and the Kingsdalee developer. Giant Eagle in 2007 renovated two supermarketds in Pittsburgh intoits high-end concepf that features more premium ready-to-eat gourmet foods, an expanded in-house bakery, sushi bar and othet amenities such as a beverage bar offering coffee and specialty fruit drinks.
